Meinior Mansion & Grounds

The mansion had been vacant for a year or two. The man of the house died in the swamps long before that came to occur, the daughter moved out when she turned 18 and finally the wife disappeared (no one really knew what happened as she lived a hermit’s life).
The mansion and it’s grounds where finally bought by a near-broke, rather crappy businessman for a low price – as Penrose had the desire to bring more people to its site, turning the mansion into a cheap place for (mainly) young people to live seemed like a good plan. So the mansion was rebuild a little, the grounds were looked after and finally the mansion was ready for anyone who required a room in a mansion in a ‘nice, peaceful village with kind people and beautiful surroundings’.

Meinior Mansion Rules + Map

These are the rules specifically for the mansion.

- Everyone has keys to the front door of the mansion
- The owner’s quarters are locked to all characters
- Unless said otherwise, other people’s rooms are locked to your character.
- Every character can pick a room upon getting started (you can also decide to share a 2-person bedroom). So choose a bedroom on the map and post it so I can make a list.

House Rules
- Dinner is from 19:00 to 20:00 hr every day so if your character doesn’t want to cook for him/herself they can always just join in. If they want to eat earlier or later they can store their own food in the kitchen. Breakfast and lunch are also your character’s responsibility.
- No pets allowed – though I already half-expect people to sneak their animal palls in.
- No stealing (obviously) and if you break it, you pay for it.
- No fighting in or around the house.
- No obscene or provocative behaviour.

Meinior Mansion Ground Rules + Map

- These are the rules for the Meinior grounds.
- The pool isn’t heated and is emptied when it starts freezing
- Skinny dipping is not allowed
- The grounds are surrounded by a fence and the gate closes at midnight and don’t open until 6 AM. Characters don’t have a key to the gates.
