Clothing - Lugh tends to wear light coloured baggy clothes predominantly made of linen in brighter half of the year switching to jeans, t-shirts, coats and woolly jumpers when it gets colder. He also owns a few rather more regal pieces of clothing, ranging from his normal clothes in otherworld, to a set of full robes.

Background:
Pre Meinoir Mansion - Lugh is a rare male Leanan sídhe from the age of 10 he has been surviving the same way as his entire race by living on the life of his source, for a Leanan sídhe he is young most being in their hundreds and some in their thousands. The source is a person the Leanshee feed off they are often lovers though not always.

Descended from the Tuatha Dé Danann he is well versed in Bata (Bataireacht – Irish martial art of stick fighting), art in the form of the violin, and Fidchell (Irish chess).

A common misconception is that the Leanan can only feed off the life force of their lovers this is not so, though feeding off others is less fruitful. After a nearly dying Lugh left Ireland and is reluctant in taking a new lover, however he can only last about a year and a half feeding of others and so is under pressure to find another source.

Post Meinoir Mansion – In the time since leaving Penrose five years ago Lugh became involved in the Fairie war eventually travelling to the Northern Isles, exploring the four cities after the war him unsure of how he actually got there. An expedition to the Isles led by his sister the then Court Champion Fódla, he was arrested and brought back to Otherworld. An investigation concluded that Lugh was no longer a Fairie due to time spent in the Northern Isles. As such he was classified as a Tuatha the theorised stage between the Tuatha Dé Danann and Fairies. Lugh was then returned to his exile, in his absence the courts considered revoking his betrothal to Anann as he was no longer one of the Aos Sí and infact more human than Fairies in general, additionally fear that he might be becoming a Tuatha Dé Danann and seek to rule Otherworld and the potential for the Northern Isles to produce more Tuatha led to them halting expansion and exploration of the Four Cities.

Lugh’s physical changes have led to him no longer requiring a lover, however he still suffers from extream pain and hunger when not contracted with someone. Additionally the natural magic that runs through his body has altered now extending beyond simple feeding and charming Lugh has innate knowledge of soul magic, a tier five forgotten magic unknown to the fairies, as such he is able to call on the souls of all things and manipulate them. He can still draw the souls from the living and store them in a Dagda Flask. For the most part these abilities are far out of his reach, and so far has only mastered control of his own soul, able to form objects and simple life forms from a portion of his soul.

These creations appear to be made of smoke with a silver sheen to them. Obviously he can only do so much with this form of crafting less he kills himself, He can replenish his soul by devouring the souls of other living beings, his resilience is greater with a lover as he lives partially on their life force. The more he uses this new magic the more physically drained he becomes until he has no soul left, the amount of his life used up is determined by what he creates, damaging bolts of magic taking up more than sentient small animals and which take up more than inanimate objects.
After his return to the surface Lugh went to university majoring in mythology and minored in philosophy and theology finishing with first class honours from Trinity University Dublin. During this time he experimented with his new found abilities, after finishing his degree he took two years out of his studies travelling the world visiting other races, and sites of mythological importance. Having finished this he is returning to Penrose to make use of its new university, He is just beginning his doctorate into the comparisons between the Indo-European myths particularly concerning the emigration of Neolithic peoples from along the Danube into Europe and Asia.

Other: Lugh now has a large collection of small stone carvings, old writings, and artefacts from times when other races did not live in secret for humans; this is in addition to an extensive book collection on mythology. He still owns his old violin, and his betrothal pendant. Due to there being new management and the possibility new characters Lugh will try to maintain a level of secrecy concerning his supernatural abilities, he will still be open with those that already know.

Notes: Lugh’s magical capabilities act as such; basically he draws a part of his soul out of his body, (in a similar fashion to how he killed the flies in the last one) and forms it into things, objects, small animals, or pure energy for offence. With enough experience and proficiency and experience with it he would be able to use the souls of other living things, such as plants and animals, to do the same. He still has access to his previous charming and ability to devour life-force. The ability to devour life force allows him to replenish the portions of his soul that his magic uses up.
