Appearance: Rather pale skin, medium length shaggy dark brown hair that is usually worn down. 6'3" with a rather lean build. Has a small scar over his mouth from an accident from when he was a kid. Usually dresses in a smart casual manner.



Origin: Born in Nova Scotia Canada, Dartmouth to be precise

Special Abilities: Tobias is proficient in the art of Audiokinesis, the ability to manipulate sound waves with one's mind. With this power, Tobias can use sound waves in a number of different ways. From simply copying a person's vocal patterns and imitating said persons voice, to a devastating sonic scream that can have a number of effects , the powers has a lot of uses, some fun, some more practical, including immunity to sound based attacks and the like.

History: Born into a normal, loving family in Nova Scotia Canada, Tobias had, for the most part, a fairly regular childhood. His father a sea plane pilot, specialising in mostly cargo transport and his mother a navigator, Tobias always had a desire to enter the family business in some capacity upon reaching the right age, his desire to become a pilot like his father staying with him into his adult years.

It wasn't till his teenage years however that Tobias discovered that he wasn't like the other teenagers. While initially bullied at school, it wasn't until a confrontation with the school bully, a confrontation that would lead to the scar he now has on his lip, that Tobias' powers would manifest themselves for the first time. This manifestation would eventually leave the bully with some minor hearing problems and Tobias bully free for the remainder of his time at school.

Confused by his new found power, it was soon explained to Tobias by his father, also a user in the art of audiokinesis, that the powers he now had were a genetic trait that ran in the Black family, with each new members powers usually manifesting themselves in the early teenage years. Worried about his new found power and the resulting fear that he wouldn't be able to control it not settling him either, Tobias soon found himself easily able to master his new found powers, learning from his father a number of useful applications the power had as well as what he needed to make sure he never accidentally unleashes it.

Upon graduating from high school and feeling that he had a good control over his powers, Tobias soon found himself wanting to expand his studies, his desire to study history making him want to move onto university to learn more. His dreams of joining the family business on the back burner for the time being, Tobias soon found himself looking for a University with a good history program, The University of Penrose soon catching his attention.

After a lengthy application process, Tobias found himself leaving home to go to Penrose, promising to return upon the completion of his course and unaware of what adventures were waiting for him at Meinior mansion, the place he would soon come to call home.

Personality: Cheerful, charismatic and enthusiastic, Tobias is a rather upbeat and cheery individual, with things not getting him down easily. Despite these characteristics, Tobias is never one to be overly loud or obnoxious, those coming to know Tobias usually finding that he is a rather friendly individual with a rather forgiving nature. In rare cases however, when his patience has reached its limit, Tobias has been known to show an anger that tends to cast a shadow over his rather happy nature.

Study/Work: Tobias is at Meinior University to study History, American and Canadian studies being his major with Military history being his minor

Any other piece of information that hasn’t been mentioned yet but are important or interesting as well: To help pass the time when he's bored, Tobias always carries a harmonica with him, a harmonica that he is quite proficient in playing.
