Species: Half elf half plainwalker
Appearance: 6’11”
Long hazel brown hair (that usually has a lot of small braids in it as well as some flowers/leaves), grey eyes, delicate features, pointy ears (which she hides by covering them with her hair or flowers/leaves), long and slim. Being half elf a lot of humans find her attractive though by elf-standards she is below average because of not being a full elf.
Has old horizontal scars but are still very visible on the inside of her wrists, no she didn’t do that to herself, that she doesn’t trying to hide in anyway. Though she’ll hardly ever gives a true answer to the question of how she got them.

Origin: Parallel dimension called Aryseel. (Dimension that I’m still creating, where plainwalkers are quite common and a known species.)
Special Abilities:
Being half elf half plainwalker Hazel has some advantages of both races.
Her elf half side allows her a small amount of magic that only works when she is singing or playing an instrument, depending on the spell.
She is also capable of using items that need magic to work.
And to have a singing voice that appeals to nearly all humans.
Her plainwalker half allows her to ‘walk’ through all dimensions, other then time. (A full plainwalker is capable of time-travelling though)
A dimension that she had never been is much harder to walk into then a dimension she is familiar with. Within a dimension she is capable of walking to any place within that dimension. For instance here on earth she could be in California one second and then appear in France a few seconds later.
Plainwalking takes some energy out of her, the bigger the distance between the places she is walking the more energy is costs. Also dimensions she is unfamiliar with also cost a lot more energy.
She can take up to three people along with her when she is plainwalking.
Though to be capable of plainwalking she can’t be anymore then slightly tired or slightly out of breath. If her heart rate is exhilarated she isn’t capable of it, not if her life depends on it. Her heart rate can’t be above average for her or she can’t plainwalk.
History:
Her mother being the plainwalker met her father, the elf, during one of her walks. They met, fell in love, had a Hazel. Full elves other then her father don’t want anything to do with her, seeing her as a bastard child. Full plainwalkers welcome her, but living amongst people that timetravel a lot and you being the only one who isn’t capable of that isn’t a very appealing idea to her.
So she decided to travel with her father all over the earth since her 4th, adapting his lifestyle of being a bard with much enthusiasm. Causing her to be very skilled with quite a few instruments and in crowd entertainment. She has never in her live spend more then a few months on one place, but that is going to change now that her mother insists on her getting an actual education.
Having had a small house for centuries in Penrose it was the logical place to get an education now that they have a university. But it is going to take a lot of getting used to to stay in one place for a few years and without her father.
Personality: Fun loving, sometimes childlike other times acting beyond her apparent age, playful, sometimes a bit of a trickster, secretive about her background. Has troubles trusting humans, usually keeps details about her live to herself. She assumes everyone she comes across is human until proven otherwise and even after that she won’t open up until they have proven they are trustworthy.
During the first few months of her stay in Penrose she will be somewhat depressed. Not being used to being without the company of her father or not being capable of doing what she wants all the time. And the idea of being stuck in Penrose for a few years doesn’t help either.

The spells that she is capable of are:
Balm; calms everyone that hears her as long as the song lasts, or as long as they are within hearing range.
Lullaby; let’s everybody who hears it, other then the person that sings/plays it, fall into a gentle sleep.
Caress of the sun; let the warmth of the sun dry the singer and those how are with him/her, during a storm the rain can’t touch them.
Recall; a meditation exercise that allows an elf bard remember all the stories and gossip he or she has picked up within the region the recall is performed.
Other fun things about her:
Her father and her are capable of communicating over big distances by whistling at different tones and lengths.
Through the centuries her father and her have gathered small artefacts (none magical) and other things that are now a days worth a lot of money. Which are all over her house, and the reason why she doesn’t want anyone visiting until that is put away.
She has a pair of earrings that translate all spoken (humanoid) languages so that she can understand them, but that doesn’t mean she can speak them.
She is the current owner of the Pied Piper’s flute, having killed him when he tried to kill a friend of her at that time. And taking over his flute to make sure it wouldn’t get into wrong hands, she barely ever uses it because it drains her energy if she plays it over a minute, meaning she can’t play it over two minutes.
