To make the renewed town of Penrose more attractive for young people, providing an up to date institute for a broad spectrum of learning. Not only through professors and guest speakers but also with the help of modern technology the New University of Penrose (NUP) provides an enormous sum of studies to choose and follow there. Apart from that this institute of higher learning also participates in various student exchange programs as to put Penrose on the map all over Europe and perhaps one day, the world.
