University opened, enter the villagers!

Penrose University is open! O yeah, school started for all the Meinior people! This means you can now:

- make topics on the Penrose University grounds
- create villager characters
These can be teachers at the university, other students, or normal village people. The amount of characters you can have living in Meinior Mansion still stands at 2 pp. If you'd like, put a character description on the forum in the "Character Descriptions (villagers)" category. Don't forget to mention if this is a character for everyone to use or for you personally. The maximum personal villager characters (the ones only you can use) stands at 5 pp for now. The amount of free-to-use villager characters (the ones everyone is free to use) is unlimited.

What the use of free-to-use characters is? Well I'm guessing you can all figure out some use for them - just don't kill them without my concent alright?
