Required Reading (09-02-2011) [Open to everyone]

As Tobias stepped in between them Dominique crossed her arms in front of her, really not liking that Aemilio was here. Taking a deep breath to try and calm herself down, succeeding quite a bit, while Tobias told Aemilio what there plans were so far. But then Aemilio asked if he could join in, earning him a very not amused stare.
"As if it matters to you what I think about that," she answered, feeling a lot like slapping that dark entertainment out of his gaze, leaving the desicion up to Tobias.

His gaze shifting between Aemilio and Dominique as they continued to speak, Tobias rose an eyebrow at Aemilio's dark gaze, his previous experience with him causing some unsettling thoughts to run through his head as he looked to him. It wasn't till a few seconds later however that Tobias had well and truly placed between a rock and a hard place, unsure on how to proceed with the situation. After mulling over his thoughts, and then realising that no matter what he did would only lead to negative repercussions, he let out a sigh as he looked from Dominique to Aemilio again, scratching the back of his neck as he did so.

"I guess you can come along man, could be nice" he said with a smile before turning back to face Dominique, mouthing the word 'sorry' to her as he passed her and continued to make his way down the street towards BEAN, keeping at his original pace to make sure Dominique could keep up. Having realised that he had probably annoyed her a bit with his decision to invite Aemilio along, Tobias understood if she suddenly became less keen to visit the coffee shop with them.

I imagine it will be unnecessary to point Aemilio already guessed his company wasn't really wanted - if not because Dominique despised him, then because he could guess Tobias wasn't overenthusiastic about being in between the two of them - but that actually just made him derive more amusement out of the whole situation.

He pondered playing innocent for a moment, suggesting he could also just go back to the mansion if he was being a bother, but he didn't feel much like giving Dominique space to exclude him from this small social moment.
It did bother him for a moment that Tobias seemed a bit uneasy, causing him to wonder if it had anything to do with him personally, but in the end he shook that off with a plain and simple: 'so what?'

He didn't say much though, not wanting to overstay his welcome within the first minute, but rather waited for Tobias and Dominique to start (or continue) a conversation.

Dominique let out an annoyed sigh when Tobias said that Aemilio could come along with them to the BEAN, she wasn't angry with Tobias though. She understood that he wanted to be polite and therefor gave him an 'it's okay' look back at him after his mouthed sorry.
Walking next to him and glad that Aemilio didn't walk on her other side and that Tobias was maintaining the same easy pace he had before the interruption. She didn't know a subject to talk about now, seeing as Aemilio would be part of the talk as well so she kept quiet.

It was a few seconds before Tobias spoke again, his decision to keep quiet more a choice as he didn't want to give any kind of fuel to Aemilio at the current time. As he slowly walked alongside Dominique, he soon turned to her, a weary smile on his face as he decided it be best to try and break the silence. "So Nique, do you have any idea how many days you'll be in University ?" he asked in an attempt to break the silence that had befallen them as he kept his eyes on her, waiting for her reply as he continued to walk alongside, his ears still open should Aemilio say or do anything first.

Dominique appreciated that Tobias didn't start a topic of conversation that Aemilio could use as fuel against her. "Probably five days of the week," she answered with a small sigh, "I just hope that not all days will be from nine to five... or longer... Especially now that I'm still recovering."
A small chuckle escaped her at the last part, though it wasn't a really happy one, her expression going a little sad again as she remembered Axel.
"I hope Axel will be in a good enough shape to go to school soon..."

Aemilio still remained silent, though as the conversation went on you might feel suspense building. Also, for those supernaturally gifted people amongst you, I'll go into more detail on the subtle changes that might indicate the fact that he's brewing yet another unpleasant moment that is unrewarding in any way other than his own illogical, strange and morbid idea of amusement.
Actually I won't but if you have any knowledge on how people act when they're thinking up bad stuff they don't want other people to know about, you'll know what he might be acting out.

((yeah, still no inspired post there but just imagine him doing an inner-monolouge evil laugh... amuses me))

His gaze locked on Dominique, Tobias nodded along with a smile as he listened to her explain her timetable to him. As he did though, he found his attention sometimes shifting back to Aemilio as he watched him walk with them, his uncharacteristic quiet causing a certain uneasiness in his stomach as they continued on down the road. Despite the feeling that Aemilio was up to something though, Tobias simply shook his head, dismissing the thoughts for a second as he returned his gaze to Dominique, a friendly smile returning to his face as he continued to listen to her.

"Ah I'm sure you'll be fine in time for University starting up Nique, and I'm sure Axel will be up and about as well" he said with a chuckle and a smile as BEAN began to come into sight, Tobias' eyes soon locking onto it as it did so. "Ah, here we are" he said with a smile as he began to make his way to the door holding it open as he approached. "After you" he said with a smile as he stepped to the side once again, allowing Nique to take the lead while still holding the door open for Aemilio.

Dominique smiled, though still a little wry, when Tobias tried to cheer her up. She was still worried about Axel, if he would miss too many classes because he can't leave his bed he could get some serious problems. She was a little lost in thought because of that to notice that they where very near the 'BEAN' until Tobias held the door openen for her.
"Thanks," she said with an honest smile, "you're a real gentleman, aren't you?"
Taking a seat by the bar, so that if Aemilio was going to be annoying again he would have to be subtle about it. Or at least that was what she was hoping for, that and the service would probably be a little faster then sitting at one of the tables.

After letting Dominique pass through, Aemilio followed with a brief smile and a "thanks," and walked further in. When Dominique took a seat by the bar - not the easiest place to have a three-way conversation - he didn't believe that to be a coincidence for an instant but even so joined her, only to bring up the argument: "do you really think this is the most logical way to sit with three people? There's tables for 4 all over this place," he remarked, sounding genuinly confused about her descision - masking the fact that he was just very annoyed.

Malice had gotten to the BEAN a little earlier than Tobias,Ameilio and Dominique and wasn't too far from where they had somewhat decided to sit. She was standing at the bar waiting for her change and drink, which was quite simple and just an energy drink. Not that she was tired, she just felt like having some of it. She had a regular electric guitar strapped to her back, but it was pointing down rather than up at the moment.Once she got her change back she put it in her wallet and glanced over to the three near her but it wasn't noticeable that she looked at them due to her bangs.She spotted Tobais and ended up watching him a small bit before looking back at the table. She remembered he was one of Creeds friends, but she didn't saying anything so she took a seat after opening her drink and took a sip.

With a smile still on his face, Tobias watched as Dominique and Aemilio crossed the threshold and into BEAN, a chuckle escaping his lips as he heard Dominique mention his gentlmean like behaviour. "You have to thank my parents for that" he said with a smile as he crossed the threshold himself, the door swinging shut as he did so. Seeing Dominique and Aemilio take a seat by the bar, Tobias decided to hang back for a second, deciding to take in the menu and think over what it is he would like before taking a seat. As he surveyed it though, he soon found his attention shifting to someone else at the bar area, someone whos eyes were on him as Tobias caught their gaze for a second.

After a few seconds hesitation, a friendly smile appeared on his face as he realised it was Creed's sister Malice, Tobias watching as she made her way to a table. "Oh hey Malice" he said with a smile as he turned to her, still standing as he did so. " How you keeping ?" he asked, his attention shifting to her as he kept a keen ear on Dominique and Aemilio's conversation, ready to step in if any trouble were to arise between the two, with the current mood suggesting that there would be some problems down the line.

Already expecting that Aemilio was going to bitch about her choice of sitting at the bar, but just shrugged at his question. "Maybe I don't feel like being logical?" she said, looking behind her to see why Tobias hadn't taken a seat yet, seeing him talking to a gothic looking girl and wondered how he knew her for a moment. But without saying anything about she looked back at Aemilio and added: "And maybe I like sitting at the bar."

"Well you do like Axel so obviously logic has nothing to do with the way you reason," Aemilio replied with an unpleasent grin. Then he noticed Tobias starting a conversation with Malice and he turned towards them, his eyes focussed on Malice mainly, wondering who she was and ready to jump in and introduce himself whenever he felt like it.

Malice wasn't at him at the moment but after she heard him say her name she very slightly tensed. Most of it went to gripping the can,she was hoping he wouldn't have noticed her,but with her luck it didn't work so well.(me:pfff so nice there aren't you malice >3> Malice: -flips creator off-) She turned to him after second. "Hi.." she glanced to the side a short moment before his name hit her. "Tobias." She forced a bit of a smile which ended up looking like a smirk which was basely her smile, though it also looked how Creed smiled at times. (lol) "And I've been,alright. What about you?" She took another sip of her drink before her eyes drifted to the other two at the bar then back to Toby.

From the get go Tobias noticed a rather chilly air surrounding Malice as he kept his gaze locked on her, the thought that she wasn't wanting company at the current time quickly entering his head. As he mulled it over, he kept his friendly smile as he listened to her tell him that she was alright, Tobias nodding along as she did so. "Ah good to hear" he said with a smile. Upon hearing her ask how he was, Tobias smiled as he looked around the coffee shop for a second. "Ah can't complain really" he said with a friendly smile as his gaze returned to her."I get the feeling though you'd rather be alone right now" he said as his gaze became locked on her again. "If that is the case, say the word and I'll take my leave right now" he said with a friendly smile as he quickly looked back to Dominique and Aemilio at the bar, his gaze soon shifting back to Malice as he waited for her answer.

Not feeling like giving Aemilio any more fuel to try and annoy her Dominique just ordered a small latte, hoping that it won't upset her stomach. Wondering if Tobias was either going to join them at the bar or introduce them to the girl he was talking with.
